🏙 Within Nairobi

  • Delivery Time: 4 to 48 hours

  • Delivery Fee: KSh 300–900 (depending on location)

  • Carrier: Our trusted in-house rider (based on TRM Drive)

🏞 Outside Nairobi (Kenya)

  • Delivery Time: 48 to 72 hours

  • Delivery Fee: KSh 400–1000

  • Carriers: Wells Fargo, 2NK, Tahmeed, etc.

🏠 Pickup Mtaani Option

  • Delivery Time: Within 48 hours

  • Standard Pickup Fee: KSh 150

  • Doorstep Delivery Fee: KSh 350–600 (based on location)

🌍 International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: Within 7 days

  • Carrier: DHL

  • Shipping Fee: Starts at $15 USD

  • Note: International customers are responsible for customs or import duties, if any.

🕒 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day after confirmation.

🔍 Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive tracking updates via SMS or email once your order ships.

  • Pickup Mtaani and DHL orders come with tracking numbers.

  • If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

  • We’ll coordinate with the relevant courier to resolve the issue swiftly.
